Unfortunately, although our system, when placing your order, showed that there is stock for the specific product, when it was collected from our warehouse, it was found that there was no availability. In this rare case we are obliged to cancel your order at no cost to you.
For shipments within Greece, DAM cooperates with the SPEEDEX courier company.
If the goods arrive at their destination and you are absent, the SPEEDEX courier will try 2 more times, in the following working days, to deliver your order to you. In the event that the shipment is not completed, then your order is automatically returned to us and registered as a Refusal.
When the product arrives at our warehouses, you will be informed by phone from our returns department.
