Deliveries of the products are currently carried out only in the Greek territory.

The above times are calculated from the day of departure of the order from the transport company to the recipient and are indicative. In particular in the following cases, delay in delivery is usual: (a) peak period such as festive periods (b) uncontrollable events such as strike, extreme weather or earthquake (c) delay in sending the product from the supplier to the COMPANY (d) incorrect delivery or customer contact information (e) payment by bank deposit as between different banks it usually takes 1-3 business days for the transfer to appear in the COMPANY's account. In order to complete the provision of the Service, you consent to the disclosure of your necessary information to the above company (name, address, telephone), in order to complete the delivery.

The distribution of the products takes place from 9:00 to 18:00 from Monday to Friday. Once the order arrives at the delivery address, you will be asked for a signature in order for it to be delivered.

If the product arrives at its destination and there is no person to collect it, then the partner courier company will make two more attempts, in the next working day, to deliver the product to you, leaving a notification for you to contact their relevant representative . The window of time to contact them and arrange for the product to be reshipped to you is 3 business days. After the specified period of time, the product is automatically returned to our warehouses. When the product is returned to us, we will contact you about the alternatives we offer you. In the event that the reason for the return concerns an error on the part of the company, the company undertakes to resend the courier to the address you have specified for the receipt of the order at its own expense.

In the event that the information entered in the form is incorrect, the Company bears no responsibility for non-delivery.

RETURN POLICY

Products Change

Products can be exchanged within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase.

The product(s) must be in its original condition and the special markings (e.g. protectors, tags, labels) have not been removed.
The product must be accompanied by the purchase document.
The product(s) ordered instead must be of equal or greater value. Otherwise, no refunds will be given due to exchange of products.

In the event of a change, the costs of returning the products as well as the shipping costs of the new products selected instead shall be borne by the customer.

Order Cancellation

Each order can be canceled by the user/customer before it is completed by removing the products from the shopping cart before completion. After completion of the order, it can be canceled by the customer/user only if it has not been invoiced or paid for and the products have not been shipped after contacting the customer by phone. In case the order has already been invoiced, paid for or shipped, the customer can contact us by phone and be informed about his other options.
